LONDON, 23 AUGUST 2010 – EMI Music has completed the acquisition of UK-based Digital Stores Limited, a leading European online retail service provider for artists and brands.
The team at Digital Stores, under the leadership of CEO Russel Coultart, are joining EMI’s merchandise division which includes Loudclothing, Europe’s second largest retail music and entertainment merchandise distributor.
Digital Stores will continue to be based in Kensal Rise in London.
